Login Help

1. Passwords are CaSe sensitive. So make sure to use the same case as when you signed up.

2. There is a second login screen that pops up right after you first login. Make sure
you are seeing that - it might get hidden behind another window.

3. *** Also, sometimes Internet Explorer will auto-fill your passwords incorrectly,
especially if there are CAPS in them. So try re-typing them in to make sure they are correct.

4. Make sure your web browser's
security is set to "Medium". If you have Explorer,
just go "Tools", "Internet Options" then "Security" and make sure it is set to Medium.

5. Check your account status to see if your membership has expired here.

6. If you have a firewall or other security software, try turning that off.

7. We highly recommend you use Internet Explorer 5.5 or above.
