New Video Compression Method
Sorry it has been so long since the last blog update. Obviously we've been adding movies daily, but the blog didn't turn out to be a popular way to inform people of updates. So I will stick to other type site news for the blog section.
A few months ago we started using new software to compress our movies from DVD's. The results are excellent, and the Mpegs look even better than they used to. I am also going to be adding a WMV file option to many of the new updates, as I have found that once you get over 1400k sec, Mpegs just don't get much better, but at 2000k/sec, the WMV files look really nice. So I will be making movies of both formats, and whenever the WMV files look really nice, I will add a full length WMV file in addition to the the regular videos.
